So let's talk about Blood Sugars for a second. Keeping your blood sugars balanced, is so helpful to keeping your body working beautifully! A great way to do that, is by following what Dr. Sears calls, The Sipping Solution. Make yourself a big, nutrient packed smoothie in the morning, and keep it in the fridge. Take sips of your delicious treat in between mealtimes, and with snacks. How easy is that?!
