This Summer Salad is a staple in my house because it is so simple, and always refreshing. Packed with antioxidants, phytonutrients and tons of flavor, this recipe is a winner. Mix it up, and make it your own by using blackberries, raspberries, or different types of apples the next time you're looking for a yummy way to spice up a hot day.
