Positive Affirmations. Oh, how I love them! Everything in your life is a result of the decisions you've made. How your day flows, how you feel, how you process the whole around you is all dependent on your inner voice. Your thoughts- both negative and positive - greatly effect your body, mind and you very reality. Your thought patterns are a habit, and if you want change your way of thinking, in order to be more positive, you need to create a new habit of thinking. Practicing positive affirmations is an excellent way to do that. Here I've collected some of my favorite affirmations for you to tune into. Print them out, read them over your morning coffee, or hang them on your mirror. Read them daily and see how your new habit, affects your day.
