This in-depth session is great for all clients! We begin by discussing your current habits, go-to meals, and goals. Next we'll discuss Traffic Light Eating, food labels, choosing healthier brands and discover Dr. Sears Dirty Dozen List.
We'll take a tour of your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer to help you discover what's working for you, and where we can make some simple changes to improve the quality of your diet- and your health!
This session is very personal, but low key, noninvasive, and always respectful. This session doesn't come with judgement- I won't be grading your pantry. Together we'll be looking for opportunities to create positive change, while honoring where you are in your health journey.
